Mental Health
One in every four persons will experience a mental health illness. That’s a lot of people. But it can be okay. While the exact cause of most mental illnesses is not known, research shows that many are caused by a combination of genetic, biological, psychological and environmental factors, not personal weakness or a character defect. Recovery from a mental illness is not simply a matter of will and self-discipline, but a matter of treatment – and treatment does work and is available, accessible & affordable in Grand County.
